At Smartify Home, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, or replacements are only available if the product has been damaged during transit or packaging.

To be eligible for a claim:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully shown.

  • The unboxing video must clearly display the package, shipping label, and the damaged product.

  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Invalid Claims

The following are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements:

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage.

  • Products with water or liquid damage.

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage reported after use.

  • Change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer's remorse.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Replacement Process

If your claim qualifies for a replacement:

  • Replacement orders will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Inspection of Claims

Smartify Home reserves the right to inspect all submitted evidence before approving or rejecting a claim. Any fraudulent or misleading claims may be denied.
